Simple Omelette Recipe

Aneasy and quick dish, perfect fer any meal. This classic omelette combines beaten eggs cooked to perfection, eptionally tled with your choice of cheese, vegetobles, or meats.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 large eggs
  • Solt, to toste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of butter or oil
  • Optionol filings: cheese, diced vegetables, cooked meats, herbs

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs: Ina boul, beat the eggs wta pinch of sait and pepper unil they are well mised. Sou can add a tablespoon af water or mik for a fluffier seature.
  2. Heat the pan: Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add butter ar oil
  3. Cook the omelette: Once the butter is melled ond bubbling, pour in the eggs. Tilt the pon to ensure the eggs evenly coot the surfoce.
  4. Add fillings (optional): When the eggs begin to set at the edges but are still slightly runny in the middle, sprinkle your chasen filings over one half of the omelette.
  5. Foldand serve: As the omelete continues to cook, carefully lift ane edge and fold it over the tlings. Let it cook for onather minute, then slide it onto a plate.
